sometimes in life its very easy to get down on ourselves.
we worry because we dont have this, we dont have that, we cant do this, we cant do that...
well...focus on what you *can* do, and what you *do* have.
have a positive mindset & a good attitude.
no matter what you do, you can be mind over matter,
you just have to think that way.
you can choose to be content. you might not be happy but you can
accept the current situation for what it is, and try to be
lighthearted, even when inner sadness wants to rule your heart.
bottom line...do not let sadness rule your heart. do & say what
makes you contented & at peace with the world.
if you do the right thing everything else will fall into place.
above all...Believe in the power of Love to heal your wounded
