why you shouldnt worry &/or stress out: 10 second koan pt ii

this is not a long post ok, but it was put upon my heart to say what ive gotta say here, i think it is important & i hope you would agree.  a lot of people i know...including myself...seem to have a lot on our minds these days.  so i write this not just for you, dear readers, but kind of as a little note to self mental note/reminder.  and here it is.

stress deprives you of your ability to think straight.  it takes from you energy you need to focus on other things in life.

you should not have to worry in life; i will tell you why.

all the things you are worrying about are just that:  things.  they are temporary.

it is people & their precious spirits which can never be replaced, so focus on helping people, kindness, & being good to others.  love others & your life will be complete.

this is why you dont need to worry &/or stress out as much as you have been doing lately.  it will all work out for the best.  trust!  love, peace, & blessings...
